This band has had my attention for a bit now and released their first album this past March.
Last Dinosaurs hail from Brisbane, Australia and basically make me want to do backflips or something energetic like that. They have a Wombats/Phoenix/Hungry Kids Of Hungary sound to them but with stronger vocals.
I’ve noticed that over the years Australia pumps out some amazing indie bands but most of them fail to really have their own “sound”. Last Dinosaurs really achieve this and then some.
